I have been a loyal EyeQ client for close to 20 years. The optometrist was amazing and had a lot of energy. The same, however, can’t be said of the front desk staff. Poor communication, missed promises, and customer mismanagement led me to have to return three times, with a total wait of three weeks for prescription lenses. Keeping in mind that I bought and supplied the new frame from their Canal Walk branch. Imagine my surprise when I eventually received my glasses, only to have the left lens be incorrect and blurry.

Follow through on what you promise your clients. I will not be returning to this branch.

UPDATE = I got a call from the office manager this morning, who confirmed that they ordered the incorrect lenses from Japan, as these are multi-focus Seiko lenses. The incompetence astounds. I asked for my money back and my frames. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT USE this branch. They are utterly useless.
